About me
I am a registered Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Health Coach here in Australia. I have a passion for helping women, particularly those with PCOS, to improve their health through nutrition. So many of my clients have struggled with what to eat and how to take care of their bodies, often resulting in eating disorders and anxiety around their body image.
I like to focus on good nutrition and healthy habits, rather than a strict diet. My approach is very friendly, set at your pace so that it works for you. But don’t worry, if I need to, I will push you a little bit to face the things that are holding you back. I take a holistic approach, tackling; nutrition, exercise, meal planning/ prepping, stress management, habit change, emotional eating, and more.
I specialise in helping you to learn more about nutrition, set realistic and achievable goals, and overcome obstacles to help you to achieve your goals.
